Irene offers a full suite of doula services, from hands-on, comprehensive Bradley Method® certified educational classes, to ongoing support and advocacy throughout the pregnancy, to being fully present at each client's birth whether that is at a hospital, birth center, or home. She creates a space where you feel confident, comfortable, equipped, empowered, calm, and supported. She also brings continuity through providing postpartum support after the birth of the baby.

4-Week
Birth Class
$300
Get ready for birth by taking this comprehensive course that covers everything from A-Z including nutrition, exercise, labor stages, relaxation, comfort measures for labor, being a supportive partner, unexpected situations, and navigating the medical system. This class also covers the basics of postpartum & breastfeeding.
(4-week class, 2 hours each)
Virtual Birth Doula

Includes all the prenatal items with the in-person doula support, but with labor support via phone vs. in-person, where Irene will provide emotional support, verbal coaching, suggestions for comfort & progress, evidence-based recommendations, & decision-making guidance. Ideal for situations where an extra person in the room is not allowed or ideal.
Birth Doula Support Package
$1,800
Includes 2 prenatal meetings (1st in-person, 2nd virtual) to discuss logistics, preferences, concerns, etc, plus ongoing phone/email support through pregnancy, early labor phone support, in-person labor support, and an optional postpartum visit within 2 weeks after birth.

A postpartum doula provides a peace of mind and smoother transition through professional support, comfort, and encouragement to a family after a new baby arrives.
These services may last anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on availability. The deposit goes toward the first postpartum shift.
