Upcoming Birthing Classes

Birth is very exciting but can easily become very overwhelming! There are also many myths, misinformation, and confusion out there around pregnancy and birth, which can make this beautiful time more stressful than imagined.

Irene draws from her deep knowledge and vast experience to clear the fog and equip mothers and their partners to prepare for this momentous time of growing their families. She focuses on the most practical and helpful information to instill the knowledge that is needed to be able to embrace birth with confidence and peace.

As a Bradley Method® certified teacher and Certified Lactation Counselor, Irene follows a widely used system of natural techniques and a philosophy in which the mother is honored as the primary expert of her body as well as her baby while everyone else are her supports. So as a doula and instructor, Irene empowers women to follow their intuitions all the while offering them sound, evidence-based education and guidance. She always supports the mothers' decisions that best work for them and their families.
