Birth is very exciting but can easily become very overwhelming! There are also many myths, misinformation, and confusion out there around pregnancy and birth, which can make this beautiful time more stressful than imagined. Irene draws from her deep knowledge and vast experience to clear the fog and equip mothers and their partners to prepare for this momentous time of growing their families.

She focuses on the most practical and helpful information and through education, coaching, and guidance, Irene instills the knowledge that is needed to be able to embrace birth with confidence and peace. She teaches about the ins and outs of pregnancy and birth, provides the tools and techniques to stay comfortable and healthy, and shows how to effectively voice preferences with medical professionals in order to have the safest and most positive birth experience possible.

As a Bradley Method® certified teacher as well as Certified Lactation Counselor, Irene shares her wealth of knowledge through her comprehensive birth series as well as her in-depth breastfeeding and newborn care classes. Along with the topics at hand, Irene encourages each woman to tune into their body and to trust their motherly instincts. Although she may be the birth expert, she acknowledges every woman is the expert of her own body and of her child. Combining education with intuition is a great way to set yourself up for success for parenthood.
