Counseling Background on Irene Kim, LGPC, PMH-C
Irene is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Irene graduated with a Master's in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and has extensive experience working with both children and adults in critical backgrounds with a variety of mental health disorders. She has worked with the perinatal population for over 10 years and has also worked with individuals struggling with emotional disorders both in the school and home setting. Irene's judgement-free, client-centered approach allows you to go to those areas in your life that may be difficult to face yet necessary to move forward in your life. ​​​

Counseling Background on Mona Kim, LCPC, CCTP-II, NCC:
Mona is a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist with 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families in achieving emotional well-being. Holding a Master’s in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and since then having worked up to the supervisory level, Mona is an expert in her field and combines evidence-based techniques such as CBT and mindfulness-based therapy with empathy to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
Mona is committed to empowering clients from all backgrounds to lead fulfilling lives. As a mother and wife, Mona knows firsthand the challenges and transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Mona believes every client deserves compassionate care and is honored to walk alongside them on their journey to healing and well-being.
